Nukkad Natak

Goenkans Spread Green Message through Nukkad Natak at OHM Sirsa Students and staff members of G.D. Goenka Public School, Sirsa took a remarkable step towards environmental awareness by organizing a Nukkad Natak at OHM Sirsa, focusing on the theme “Plant Trees, Save Earth.” With impactful dialogues and strong communication skills, our talented students captivated the public, drawing their attention to the importance of planting trees. Using relatable examples from the past — where people relied on trees for food, shelter, medicine, and even recreation — they beautifully conveyed the forgotten yet crucial bond between humans and nature. The performance did not just highlight the benefits of trees, but also raised powerful questions about deforestation and who is truly responsible for harming the environment. The thought-provoking act ended with a pledge to protect and nurture trees, not just by the students but also by the onlookers who joined hands in this noble cause. In a heartwarming gesture, the students also distributed plants and saplings to the public, encouraging them to contribute towards a greener tomorrow. The public lauded the efforts of Goenkans with heartfelt applause, making the event a memorable step toward environmental consciousness.
