CBSE workshop on classroom Management

In the present era, it has become imperative for all the schools to provide holistic learning opportunities to give them quality education. Responding to this need, two days CBSE workshop on classroom Management was organized in G.D Goenka Public School, Sirsa on 28-06-19 and 29-06-19 . It was attended nearly 58 teachers of various schools across Sirsa.
The resource person for the program were Mr.Praveen kumar Patpatia, Principal, Bhartiya Public School, Ambala cantt and Mr.Dalbir Singh,Principal, Gyan ganga school, Bararar Sangrur.
The workshop focused on the elements of classroom Management which include content management, conduct management and covenant management. There was emphasis on addressing the concern of students and reducing stress by substituting punishments with consequences. The responsibilities and duties of teachers must be parallel to the need and creative minds of the children effective teaching strategies were focused and elaborated.
The workshop was informative and the sessions kept the teachers fully engrossed overall, it was an excellent refresher for the teachers.
